Filtri pinnad on vääristatud ning tagavad ühtlase valguse neeldumise kogu nähtava valgusspektri, kuid ka infrapuna ning UV spektris. Selle tulemusena ei teki tonaalsuse muutusi ka keerulisemates valgusoludes. Lee ProGlass ND 0.9 filter tekitab 3 stopise valguskao, võimaldades kasutada pikemat säriaega.
