ASA (acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylic) filament from ROSA3D is a polymer resistant to UV radiation, moisture and heat. ASA‘s resistance to UV radiation makes it a suitable material for outdoor applications, e.g. parts that will be intensively exposed to the sun and various weather conditions. ASA is ideal when you need a high-performance material that will be less problematic than printing from ABS. The filament has less shrinkage and the vapors produced are much less irritating. The softening point of ASA prints is higher compared to PLA and PET-G, there is no signs of deformation up to a temperature of approx. 94 ° C. The unique mechanical and thermal properties of ASA together with excellent resistance to UV radiation make it a great choice for automotive, marine and exterior applications such as mirror, radiator or sensor covers. Recommended printing parameters: extrusion temperature 220-250°C bed temperature: 90-110°C The adhesion of the first layer can be improved with ASA slurry (ASA material dissolved in acetone).It is recommended to print in a closed chamber. It is dedicated for users who deal with amateur and professional 3D printing. Details made from PET-G Standard are feature precise details, good adhesion to the bed, no odour and a low level of shrinkage. Prints made from PET-G Standard are distinguished by their high chemical resistance. They can be subjected to sandblasting, drilling, sawing, grinding, cutting and painting without compromising the structural integrity of the component. PET-G Standard filament was made of ingredients approved for contact with food. ROSA-Flex 85A is a technical TPU filament. It can be used wherever elements resistant to chemical reagents and mechanical damage are needed. Printouts made of this material can be squeezed and stretched many times without damaging the original shape. The material is characterized by both excellent interlayer adhesion and adhesion to many work surfaces. Application examples: gaskets, bumpers, anti-vibration dampers/feet smartphone cases and devices housings components for drones components for RC cars ROSA-flex 85A is a thermoplastic polyurethane from ROSA3D. The material is designed for technical applications. Thanks to its flexibility and outstanding interlayer adhesion, it is suitable for all applications where mechanical resistance and tensile strength are required. It can be repeatedly squeezed and stretched without changing it’s original shape. The filament is characterized by exceptional chemical resistance. It is resistant to greases, oils and many solvents. Recommended printing parameters: extrusion temperature: 215-250 ° C bed temperature: 30-60 ° C print cooling: 0-100% (depends on the geometry of the model) printing speed: 15-50 mm/s (we recommend starting slowly and gradually trying to increase the speed) compatible bed surfaces: glass, smooth PEI, textured PEI.
