Important Information – K1 Series CFS Upgrade Compatibility The K1 Series CFS Upgrade is only compatible with K1 models equipped with the integrated Unicorn hotend. Please note that this upgrade kit is not compatible with older versions of the hotend. If the user wishes to install the CFS Upgrade on an older K1 unit, both the hotend and heatsink must be upgraded to the Unicorn version. Compatibility Details All K1 Series machines shipped after 2024 come with the Unicorn hotend pre-installed and are fully compatible with the CFS Upgrade. Machines shipped before 2024 will require an upgrade to the Unicorn hotend in order to use this kit. How to check your machine's production date You can determine when your machine was shipped by checking the serial number (SN). Please refer to the reference photo below for guidance.
