It works by conducting heat away from the CPU and GPUs and distributing that heat uniformly across the core. Dieser Microprozessor überwacht z.B. auch den Last- und Betriebszustand der Pumpe und regelt die Pumpe entsprechend nach. Die Pumpe verfügt über eine sehr hohe Laufruhe (nahezu geräuschlos) Spezielle Lagerung mit Keramikachse und Keramiklagerung des Läufers. Diese Lagerung unterscheidet sich deutlich von der normalen EHEIM Lagerung und verfügt über ein wesentlich geringeres Lagerspiel. Die verschiedenen programmierbaren Betriebsmodi machen die Pumpe individuell anpassbar. Kompakt und einfach anzuwenden: Es sind keine externen Module erforderlich, da die komplette Elektronik ist bereits in der Pumpe integriert ist. extrem zuverlässig - Die Pumpe verfügt über einen Sanftanlauf zur Schonung der Achslager. Weiterhin verfügt die Pumpe über eine Oszillationserkennung mit automatischem Restart der Pumpe im Fehlerfall. Die HPPS Plus-Pumpe verfügt über einen speziell entwickelten Motor mit äusserst hohem Wirkungsgrad und geringer Leistungsaufnahme. Dass heisst, Ihr PC Netzteil wird durch die HPPS Plus kaum zusätzlich belastet. Es ist KEIN 230V~ Anschluss mehr notwendig. Die Stromversorgung von 12V Gleichspannung erfolgt direkt über den Standard 4-pin HDD/CD- Laufwerk-Stromanschluss-Stecker vom Netzteil des PC´s direkt an der Pumpe selbst. Keine aufwendige Verkabelung notwendig Übersicht: Die neu entwickelte HPPS Plus verfügt über noch mehr Leistung und Laufruhe als die bewährte und mittlerweile vieltausendfach eingesetzte HPPS Pumpe. Die Leistung wurde um mehr als 20% von 1,65m auf über 2,05 m Förderhöhe gesteigert (Zum Vergleich: 1046 ~1,2m / 1048 ~1,5m Förderhöhe). Dabei bleibt die Leistungsaufnahme dennoch äusserst gering bei typisch 3W. Weiterhin wurden einige zusätzliche Features wie z.B. der "Silent-" und der "Power Modus" oder die Quickstart Funktion integriert. Bis auf das Gehäuse ist die HPPS plus eine völlige Neukonstruktion im Vergleich z.B. mit der normalen Eheim 1046. Das heisst auch z.B. die Achse (Vollkeramiklagerung) und den Läufer gibt es in dieser Entwicklungsstufe nur in der HPPS Plus (erkennbar u.a. am rotem Laufrad). Die HPPS Plus ist die effizienteste und hochentwickelste Spezial Wasserpumpe für PC Kühlsysteme. (by innovatek und EHEIM) Betriebsmodi: Die HPPS Plus verfügt für Spezialisten und spezielle Anwendungsfälle neben dem Normal Modus, mit dem die Pumpe ausgeliefert wird (hier Föderhöhe 2,05m), über einen "Silent" und einen "Power" Modus. - Silent Modus: Im Silent Modus wechselt der Microprozesssor in der Pumpe die Ansteuertechnik des Antriebs wodurch die (onehin schon extrem leise) Pumpe vollends "unhörbar" wird. Die Pumpe ist so quasi nicht mehr hörbar, verliert allerdings etwas an Pumpleistung (nur noch etwa 1,65m - was aber immer noch mehr als ausreichend ist) - Power Modus: Im Power Modus kann die Pumpe mit maximaler angelegter Betriebs-Spannung bis zu 4m Wassersäule fördern und sucht selbstständig den maximal möglichen Betriebspunkt! (Hinweis: Maximale Betriebsspannung muss anliegen) - Normal Modus (Auslieferzustand): Dies ist der Kompromiss zwischen maximaler Leistung und Geräuschlosigkeit. Der optimale Betriebszustand in jedem normalen Wasserkühlsystem da die Pumpe hier nicht hörbar ist und dennoch über eine extreme Leistung verfügt. Details: Die HPPS Plus Pumpe kann direkt am Netzteil des PC´s angeschlossen werden und es ist KEIN 230V~ Anschluss notwendig ! Aufwendiges Verlegen des Stromkabels entfällt und die Pumpe wird ausserdem automatisch mit dem PC Ein- und Ausgeschaltet. Auch ist KEIN externes Modul oder eine zusätzliche Verkabelung erforderlich um die Pumpe zu betreiben. Um die hervorragenden Eigenschaften dieser Pumpe nicht zu beeinträchtigen, wird eine äusserst aufwendige Microprozessor-Elektronik eingesetzt, welche die Pumpe überwacht und steuert. Diese Pumpe stellt das Non-Plus Ultra der PC Pumpentechnik dar. Als einziger offizieller Partner von EHEIM in diesem Bereich war es möglich die Technologien beider Unternehmen zu verbinden und ein revolutionäres und wegweisendes Produkt zu entwickeln und zu verbessern. Tip zum Entlüften des Systems: Zum einfachen Befüllen und Entlüften des Systems - auch ohne das Mainboard anschliessen zu müssen und die CPU zu starten - dient der im Lieferumfang enthaltene ATX-Überbrückungsstecker. Dieser wird einfach auf den ATX Anschluss des Netzteiles gesteckt und startet dieses, OHNE das ein Mainboard angeschlossen werden muss. Erläuterung zur Funktionsweise der HPPS Plus : Die Besonderheit der HPPS Plus Pumpe liegt neben dem extrem leisen Betrieb und der hohen Zuverlässigkeit (und dem 12V Anschluss) in der speziellen Steuerung durch den eingebauten Microprozessor und somit der "Intelligenz" der Pumpe. Im Gegensatz zu normalen Pumpen stellt sich die HPPS Plus immer auf die vorherrschenden Umgebungsbedingungen (also das vorhandene Wasserkühlsystem) ein und erreicht dadurch die optimale Leistung. Dies ist im PC-Pumpenbereich einzigartig und nur bei der HPPS Plus möglich ! Funktionsweise: Eine normale Pumpe läuft immer mit der gleichen Drehzahl (Frequenz) und der gleichen Leistung. Das bedeutet, je mehr Komponenten sich im Kühlkreislauf befinden, desto weiter geht die Förderleistung nach unten, da der Wiederstand im System steigt. Es geht also Leistung verloren und auch die Pumpe arbeitet nicht optimal. Die HPPS Plus kann jedoch felxibel reagieren und sich auf die jeweiligen Bedingungen einstellen. So wird die HPPS Plus immer versuchen in jedem Wasserkühlsystem den optimalen Betriebspunkt und die optimale Förderleistung zu erzielen. Dieser wird beim Starten der Pumpe individuell durch sehr komplexe Messungen bestimmt und eingestellt. Je nach System arbeitet die Pumpe also stärker oder schwächer -> Sie passt sich individuell an ! Dass heisst das auch bei Wasserkühlsystemen mit vielen Komponenten die Förderleistung nahezu gleich bleibt und das Betriebsgeräusch trotzdem unhörbar bleibt.
